At Fitted Caps, we want your headwear to fit perfectly every time. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Caps

  Place the brand new, unworn caps back into their original shipping box to ensure they maintain their shape during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
